A time I experienced Collective Flow/ Team Flow in group process, deep democracy group process, it started by the organizing principle of the group/self-facilitating capacity emerging, people responded to each other and embodied information, from history that was implied yet not explicit without any prompting to do so. This process ended with an atmosphere shift into ease, an exhalation and sense of resolution.
I also experienced flow in a crisis when an earthquake hit Washington state, years ago. People responded through collaboration and worked rapidly in a rhythmical way. When the earthquake had passed the flow “stopped”. Both of these instances were open groups with people I knew and strangers.
My passionate work is teaching, facilitating and coaching, groups and individuals who work with people or have a vision of collaboration and sustainable interactions. I am passionate about collaboration and working with the organizing principle of individuals, teams and groups. I enjoy the creativity and challenge of facilitating groups!
What attracted me to joining the Flowing Tree Research Team is my interest in flow states and connecting with Pierre and Laura.
